Please note that course fees cover all meals provided during trainings and workshops, as well as tuition and course materials. Course fees do not include travel or accommodation expenses (see details below by location). Casual dress is appropriate for all events; however, a more formal attire (no jeans or tee shirt) is suggested for dinners hosted during core training sessions.

Accommodations
The course fee does not cover accommodations during advanced trainings, and participants are responsible for individual arrangements. Participants may elect to stay in accommodations on the Radcliffe Institute campus, which may be reserved through HPCR, or in local hotels and bed & breakfasts.
On-Campus Accommodations
Dorm-style accommodations are available on the Harvard University campus at the reduced rate of $76/night (tax included). The dormitories are located at the Cronkhite Center at 6 Ash Street, across the street from Radcliffe Yard and a 10-minute walk from the Harvard Law School campus.
On-campus accommodations offer the following amenities:
- Single, furnished, non-smoking rooms
- Linens, blanket, pillows and towels
- Several bathrooms for men and women on each floor
- Lounges with televisions
- Coin-operated laundry and kitchen facilities
- Wireless Internet access
The on-campus accommodations do not offer individual bathrooms, individual air conditioning, housekeeping services, or individual phones or televisions in the rooms. Accommodations are single occupancy, and unfortunately, it is not possible to provide alternate arrangements for accompanying persons.
To reserve accommodations on campus, please contact Bérengère Cusin by June 30 at ihlseminar@hpcr.org. In order to confirm reservations on campus, payment must be remitted no later than Monday, July 7.

Ground Transportation
All training venues are located just a few minutes away from Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Transportation to the seminar venue or the on-campus accommodations is not included in the course fee, and will not be arranged by the organizers.
By Taxi
From Boston Logan International Airport, a taxi to Harvard Square will take 25-45 minutes, depending on traffic, and may cost up to $45 (+ gratuity).
By Subway
Harvard Square is also accessible by public transportation. The nearest subway station to all Cambridge venues is the “Harvard” stop on the red line. The Cronkhite Center (on-campus accommodation option) is approximately a 10 minute walk from the subway station. From the airport, public transportation to the Cronkhite Center can take from 45 minutes to 1 hour. If driving, please be advised that parking in Cambridge is extremely limited. On-campus parking requires a parking permit. A limited number of temporary parking permits are available at an extra cost and MUST be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
Computer Services
Participants will have free access to two computers in the meeting venue. The computers will be available only during breaks and outside of seminar activities. Wireless Internet access is also available on campus.
Area Maps
Harvard Square is a busy commercial and service center that features numerous stores, restaurants, bars, and movie theaters as well as several banks and pharmacies. Online maps of Harvard Square and the university campus are available here and here.
