HPCR publishes a variety of materials in coordination with its operational activities. Program publications offer targeted summaries and practical analysis on key challenges in the field of humanitarian affairs. A primary objective of all publications is to generate a forum for professional networking and exchange of ideas. Products include legal and policy briefs, journal articles, and conference reports. In addition, background and working papers seek to illuminate new topics of debate and are frequently prepared for conferences, workshops, and other events. Finally, the Program's Occasional Paper Series, launched in 2004, features original contributions on current issues in international humanitarian law.
